Thankyou to Commonwealth Bank Karratha!

It was a pleasure to receive a phone call in November from Ashley Nock, the Manager of our local Commonwealth Bank Branch, to advise me that the team at CBA Karratha had chosen Reach Us Pilbara to be the recipients of a $500 donation thanks to the Commonwealth Bank Community Donation Program.

“With the festive season approaching, it’s a timely opportunity for us to show our support for REACH US Pilbara,” said Ashley Nock, Commonwealth Bank Karratha Branch Manager.

“In particular, we’re pleased to assist an organisation that provides invaluable support to local people who are receiving treatment for cancer. It’s great to be able to give back and support this work.”

As a charity who relies wholly on fundraising and donations to provide ancillary support services to local cancer patients every bit truly does count. $500 can provide 5 weeks of cleaning or three counselling sessions for example. Big thanks to Ashley and the team of lovely ladies at Commonwealth Karratha- we are truly grateful xxx

CommBank Karratha supports locals through community donation

Tuesday, 19 November 2019: Commonwealth Bank Karratha branch employees have donated $500 to REACH US Pilbara as part of a nationwide community donation program.

At Commonwealth Bank, our people are committed to driving positive change within their communities to make a difference locally and for all Australians.

Over the next few months, Commonwealth Bank has again pledged to donate $500,000 nationally to recognise organisations that make a difference in the communities in which we live and work. Each Commonwealth Bank branch and customer-facing team has been allocated $500 to donate to causes important to their local community.

Commonwealth Bank’s Karratha branch team voted to support the great work of REACH US Pilbara’s cancer support services.
